How does this service work?

Where do we ship?

We ship within the US

How does your shipping work?

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We try our best to ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it. The period of delivery is calculated starting from the time of your order confirmation. We'll communicate all the details via e-mail.

How soon should you order the gift bags?

We recommend at least 2-3 weeks before the party. We do offer expedited shipping at additional cost.

Can you mix items from different packages?

We are not able to accommodate mixing items but you can contact us for package customization.

What is our return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days if it's a return of the complete order, no partial returns.

We estimate that it may take up to 30 days from the time you send in your return until your return has been processed and refunded. We will contact you via email when the processing is complete. All returns are refunded to the original payment method.
